Many thermal and process engineering methods require defined process conditions. Temperature, pressure, and process atmosphere have a significant impact on product quality and the reproducibility of a process.
Each system is designed to meet the specific process requirements. The design is based on the desired process parameters as well as the requirements for temperature control, gas flow, pressure range, and automation.
Standard systems cannot fully accommodate many research and development processes. New materials and new manufacturing processes often require customized system designs.
The right process system for every requirement
We develop and manufacture custom process systems for applications such as crystal growth, annealing, sintering, degassing, and other high-temperature processes. Depending on the application, the systems are designed for high vacuum, overpressure, or defined gas atmospheres. Inert gases, high-purity process gases, toxic gases, or flammable gases can be used in these systems.
