Manufacturing According to Your Specifications
Do you already have finished drawings and parts lists? If so, we’ll handle the precise implementation of your systems and assemblies. Thanks to our comprehensive in-house manufacturing capabilities, we cover every step from production to a fully operational system.
Our range of services includes the procurement of parts and components, assembly, control panel construction, system cabling, and commissioning. In addition, we support you with our expertise in mechanical and electrical design. You determine the scope of our support. Upon request, we can also integrate your own resources, thereby creating an optimal combination of external and internal capabilities.
Orbital Welding
Top Quality for Sensitive Process and Ultra-Pure Gas Applications
For applications with high purity and leak-tightness requirements, we manufacture piping systems and assemblies for process and ultra-pure gases using state-of-the-art orbital welding technology.
Our services include the manufacture of complete piping systems as well as the production of complex assemblies, including electrical wiring. To ensure the highest quality standards, the welded joints are subsequently tested for leaks using a helium leak test. Upon request, we can manufacture products under enhanced cleanliness requirements for particularly sensitive applications in the semiconductor, laboratory, or process industries.
Cleanroom Assembly
Assembly Under Controlled Conditions
A specially equipped cleanroom is available for assemblies and systems with heightened cleanliness requirements. By using FFU systems (Fan Filter Units) with laminar airflow, we create controlled environmental conditions for the assembly and commissioning of sensitive components. This allows systems to be assembled and tested during the manufacturing process under conditions that optimally prepare them for their subsequent use in a cleanroom.
Commissioning with Process Gases
Safe Testing and Commissioning Conditions
To ensure that systems can be tested under real operating conditions even before delivery, aprotec has high-performance exhaust systems for process gases.
This allows functional tests and commissioning to be carried out safely and efficiently. Potential sources of error are identified and eliminated in advance, which significantly shortens the commissioning process at the end customer’s site.

Control Panel Manufacturing
Custom Control Systems for International Markets
We manufacture control cabinets exactly according to your specifications and circuit diagrams, or we can support you as early as the project planning phase with our electrical design services using EPLAN P8. For machines and systems used internationally, we also offer the manufacture of UL-compliant control cabinets. In this way, we lay the groundwork for the use of your systems in global markets and meet the relevant regulatory requirements.
